Reach the Poki team

To get in touch, write to [email protected] — this address is our sole channel. Replies usually arrive within about seven days.

Drop us a line when:

• A game won't load or breaks: give the game's name, note whether you're using a phone or a computer, and describe what you see when opening it.
• You'd like to suggest a game: include its title and what draws you to it, so we know what to look for.
• You're a developer with a rights question: specify the game in question and what you need to find out about it.

Write briefly, in Spanish or English. One message per topic helps us sort the inbox faster.

We don't offer phone support, so calls and texts won't be answered. If a game is broken, first check that your browser is up to date and try again; sometimes that solves it.

Every message gets read, even if the answer takes a few days.
