Terms of Use

Below are the conditions that govern your use of Juegos Poki. If you use this website, you accept them. We chose simple wording on purpose, so it stays easy to follow.

Free to enjoy yourself

All the games here cost nothing when you play just for fun. You can open them in school, at home, or anywhere a browser and an internet connection are available. Copying the site, selling access to it, or running it for a business is not allowed unless you check with us first.

Developers keep the games

Other people and studios created the games shown here. The games, characters, artwork, and code belong to them. We host them so that you can play. This page does not transfer ownership of any game to you, and it does not grant you permission to reuse its content.

Some devices may not run certain titles

We do our best to keep the catalog tidy, yet we cannot guarantee that each title will run smoothly on any given phone, tablet, or computer. Certain games require a keyboard, others need a more recent browser, and some may load slowly on older hardware. If one game fails for you, switch to another or try a different browser.

Fair play, no abuse

Keep it fair. Do not rely on cheats, bots, or altered clients to break a game or ruin it for other players. Do not attempt to hack the site, flood it, scrape it, or upload anything harmful. Do not use the site to harass anyone or to post content that is illegal or harms other people. When we spot abuse, we can block access.

Some game content is supplied by third parties

Certain games load from outside providers. Those providers control that content, not us. We do not make it, and we cannot alter the way it behaves. If a game from an outside provider has an issue, we might not be able to repair it ourselves, but we still want to hear about it.

Games and the site can change

The catalog is not fixed. Games are added, updated, or removed, sometimes at a developer's request. The look and behavior of the site may also change. We do not guarantee that any particular game will stay available.
